How do I return my items?
We offer free returns to the following countries;
United Kingdom, United States and the Netherlands - Excluding our Crep Protect Crates.
If your country is not listed here you may be responsible for the cost of your return.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com
What items can I return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately exchanges are not available, you will have to return the order and make a new order.
